Description
The Fargo VFA45GT-8 model features a 4" taller design compared to regular cases. It is equipped with two coils: a top-mounted gravity coil and a low-speed fan coil for the base and storage areas. The double front glass and rear sliding doors with frames prevent condensation, while the heavy duty structure ensures extended durability. The low-speed fan coil prevents drying of seafood and meat products, while the refrigerated shelves and digital thermostat offer precise temperature control. All food contact surfaces are made of 304 stainless steel, and tempered glass is used for safety. The adjustable temperature range of 30-41 F and LED lighting on the canopy and shelf make for maximum product display.
