Plus, to help you keep track of the food's progress, the unit features an integrated timer.

To withstand the demanding environment of the kitchen, this sandwich grill is made of stainless steel. Its grill plates are heavy-duty, seasoned cast iron, which retain heat well after use, leading to fast recovery; this is critical in bustling, high volume operations. A spring hinge features adjustable tension too, allowing you to customize the pressure applied during particular grilling applications, such as preparing meat.
